Terry Morgan has spent decades competing, coaching, studying, and questioning the evolution of sport.
His athletic background includes:
Former college football player
Co-founder of the Western State College Rugby Football Club (1976)
Graduate Assistant in Football at an Ivy League University
Former U.S. National Luge Champion
1980 U.S. Olympic Team Alternate in Luge
His experience in football, rugby, and international competition gave him a unique perspective. While football continued producing larger, faster, and stronger athletes on the same-sized field, many other sports adapted their rules, equipment, or playing environments to match the evolution of the athlete.

That contrast sparked a question that eventually became this book.
